1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and juta1 ("juta1", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the juta1 website located at juta1.win and all associated services, games, and products offered therein.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the juta1 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific products or promotions. 2.Eligibility

3.Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the juta1 platform. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and any other details requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. juta1 will treat any activity carried out using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify juta1 customer support immediately via live chat.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from juta1 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). juta1 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and USDT (TRC20 network).

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the cashier page. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any identity verification requirements outstanding on the account.

juta1 operates a policy of returning withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control. juta1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above RM 5,000 or where unusual transaction patterns are identified.

• Deposits funded with stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed payment methods will be confiscated and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks initiated against juta1 without prior contact with customer support will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• juta1 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

juta1 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all juta1 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• juta1 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using platform bonuses, exploitation of technical errors, or coordinated multi-account wagering — will result in the voiding of all bonus-related winnings and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus expiry periods are stated in each individual offer. Unclaimed or unconverted bonuses will be forfeited at expiry.

6.Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on juta1 — including live casino, slots, and sportsbook products — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to each provider's individual game rules. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are made available on each game's information panel.

7.Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion with other players to achieve unfair outcomes in multi-player games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain without immediately reporting them to juta1 support.
• Engaging in money laundering, including using the juta1 platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Creating accounts or placing bets on behalf of other individuals.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any activity that places an unreasonable burden on juta1's infrastructure or disrupts service availability for other users.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on the juta1 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, and audio — is the property of juta1 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the juta1 platform without prior written consent from juta1.

9.Responsible Gaming

juta1 is committed to responsible gaming and operates in accordance with international gaming authority responsible gaming standards. All registered members are required to be aged 21 or above. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every member within the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately when reduced.

10.Account Suspension & Closure

juta1 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity verification requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.
• Request from a relevant authority or regulatory body.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method, subject to outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any disputed transaction flags.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, juta1's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

juta1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if juta1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

juta1 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Maintenance windows and technical interruptions may occur and juta1 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption to Members.

12.Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by juta1 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. 13.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction in which juta1 is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by juta1's customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of juta1's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit juta1's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

14.Amendments

juta1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, juta1 will provide reasonable notice to registered Members via the email address associated with their account or via an on-screen notification upon next login. Continued use of the juta1 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
